How returns work at Omyra
Omyra is a final-sale catalogue. There are no returns and no exchanges after acceptance. That sounds strict on its own, so the inspect-at-door step is built into every delivery to balance it.
Inspect at door
When the courier — Bosta in Cairo, Enjad nationwide — arrives, open the box on the spot. Take your time. Check the bag, the hardware, the stitching, the lining, the packaging completeness against the listing.
If anything is wrong — damaged in transit, wrong piece shipped, undeclared condition — refuse the delivery. The package returns to us, you pay nothing, and we resolve it directly via Instagram DM (replacement when stock allows, or a different piece).
Once you accept and pay, the sale is final
No 48-hour window. No refund line. No exchange queue. Inspecting properly at the door is the safeguard that replaces a return window — it’s earlier in the timeline, and it works.
If a piece develops a manufacturing defect after acceptance
Talk to us — case by case, not by blanket policy. We work with the source-house care channels where that’s possible.
Cancellation before dispatch
If you change your mind before we hand the order to the courier, message us via Instagram with the order number and we’ll cancel. Card payments refund within 5 business days; pay-on-delivery orders simply don’t dispatch.
