This privacy policy describes how Omyra ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from omyra.store (the "Site").

Information we collect

  • Browsing data — when you visit the Site, we automatically collect device information (browser, IP, referrer, pages viewed), via cookies and similar tracking. The Meta Pixel is used to measure ad effectiveness; you can opt out via your browser settings.
  • Order information — when you place an order, we collect: name, billing/shipping address, phone, email, and payment information (handled by our payment processor; Omyra does not store full card numbers).
  • Communication — when you message us via DM or email, we keep the conversation history to handle the request.

How we use it

  • To fulfil orders, including shipping, courier handover (Bosta, Enjad), and post-purchase communication.
  • To respond to your DMs and emails.
  • To improve the Site and the catalogue, in aggregate (no individual targeting).
  • To run paid advertising on Meta platforms — based on aggregate audience signals, not your individual identity.

Sharing

  • Couriers — Bosta and Enjad receive your name, address, and phone for delivery only.
  • Payment processor — handles your card payment; we receive only confirmation and the last 4 digits.
  • Analytics — Shopify and Meta Pixel receive aggregate data; no personal identifiers leave the Site beyond what's required for ad measurement.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your rights

  • You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
  • To exercise any of these, email hello@omyra.store with the subject "Data request" — we respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with Egyptian tax and commerce law. Browsing data is retained for 24 months. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Children

The Site is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data on a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page; the "last updated" date above tracks the most recent revision.
