Who we are
Omyra is an independent multi-brand outlet retailer based in Cairo, Egypt. We source authentic old-season designer handbags from authorised outlet channels of the source houses and resell them under the first-sale doctrine. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorised by Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Gucci, Burberry, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Chloé, Coach, Pinko, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Tory Burch, or any other source house.
Catalogue and pricing
Prices, availability, and condition notes shown on the Site at the time of order are the basis of the contract. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors before fulfillment; if the corrected price is materially higher, we contact you before charging.
Orders
An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept the order via the order-confirmation email. We may decline an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, address outside our delivery zone, stock error) and any payment collected is refunded.
Authenticity
Every piece in the catalogue is authentic and sourced from authorised outlet channels. Documentation is available on request. See the authenticity page for the full process.
Final-sale rule
Outlet stock is final-sale. The exception window for damaged, incorrect, or undeclared-condition items is in the refund policy.
Intellectual property
The Omyra wordmark, the Site copy, and the photography produced by Omyra are our intellectual property. The trademarks of the source houses (LV Monogram, Dior Saddle, Gucci Horsebit, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here only as a description of the product, under fair-use principles consistent with the first-sale doctrine.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Omyra's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost time, lost ad spend) arising from delivery delays or condition issues. The refund policy is the primary remedy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
