About the items
Are these authentic?
Yes, every piece in the catalogue is authentic and sourced from authorised outlet channels of the source houses. Authenticity documentation is available on request before or after purchase.
Are these new or used?
New, unworn unless explicitly noted on the listing. Each product page has a “Sourcing & condition” section where any meaningful condition note is declared before purchase.
What does “old-season” mean?
The piece was produced for an earlier season’s collection but is structurally identical to the in-season equivalent — same leather, hardware, lining and finishing standards from the source house. The price moved; the construction did not.
Will I receive the original packaging?
Yes — every current listing ships with the original box, dust bag, authenticity card and care booklet from the source house. Future listings may differ; the product page declares what is included.
About sourcing
Where do you source from?
Authorised outlet channels of the source houses. We don’t deal with grey-market sources, parallel imports, or unmarked goods.
Can you find a specific bag I want?
Sometimes — depends on what’s circulating in the channels we work with. Send a description and a reference image via Instagram DM and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
About payment and delivery
Do I have to pay online to order?
No. Most Omyra orders go pay-on-acceptance: the courier brings the package, you open it in front of them, inspect, and pay if you keep it. If you prefer to pay online by card at checkout, that’s also available — and the inspect-at-door step still applies (a card payment is refunded within 5 business days if you reject the delivery).
How long does delivery take?
Greater Cairo: same-day or next-day via Bosta. Other governorates: 1–3 business days via Bosta or Enjad. Remote areas: 2–4 business days. See the shipping page for details.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet.
About returns
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
No. Omyra is a final-sale catalogue. The inspect-at-door step replaces a return window — open the package in front of the courier, check everything against the listing, and reject if anything’s off. Once you accept and pay, the sale is final.
What if I don’t inspect at the door?
Once you accept the package, the sale is final. The single best protection is to take the inspect-at-door step seriously — it’s why we offer it.
What if a manufacturing defect shows up later?
Talk to us — case by case via Instagram DM. We work with the source-house care channels where that’s possible.
Can I cancel before the courier picks up?
Yes — message us via Instagram with the order number. Card payments refund within 5 business days; pay-on-delivery orders simply don’t dispatch.
