Where we ship
Egypt only at this stage. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Couriers and transit times
- Greater Cairo: same-day or next-day via Bosta.
- Other governorates: 1–3 business days via Bosta or Enjad, depending on coverage.
- Border governorates and Sinai: 2–4 business days. We confirm a transit estimate before dispatch.

How payment works
- Pay at the door (default for most Omyra orders) — no online payment required at checkout. The courier brings the package, you open it in front of them, inspect the piece against the listing, and pay only if you accept. If anything is wrong, refuse the delivery and pay nothing.
- Pay online at checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Meeza. The inspect-at-door step still applies; if you reject the package, the card payment is refunded within 5 business days.
- Instapay or bank transfer is available on request — message us before checkout.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by SMS and email when the courier picks the order up. If you don’t see it within 24 hours of order confirmation, message us via Instagram DM.
Failed delivery
If the courier fails to reach you twice, the order returns to our warehouse. We re-attempt once at no charge; subsequent attempts are charged at standard shipping.
