Where we ship

Egypt only at this stage. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Delivery time

3–5 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Shipping cost

Greater Cairo: 70 EGP flat.
Other governorates: 100 EGP flat.
Free shipping on orders over 8,000 EGP.

How payment works

Pay at the door (default for most Omyra orders) — the courier brings the package, the customer opens it in front of them, inspects, and pays only on acceptance. If the customer rejects the package, they pay nothing.
Pay online at checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Meeza. The inspect-at-door step still applies; if the customer rejects the delivery, the card payment is refunded within 5 business days.
Instapay or bank transfer on request — contact us before checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. If you don't see it within 24 hours of order confirmation, message us via Instagram DM.
